Mayo Clinic Education Specialist will collaborate to assess, plan, implement and evaluate educational activities for Ambulance Service staff, including orientation, continuing education, and competency programs. The ES acts as learning facilitator, mentor, and change champion, supporting EMTs, paramedics, nurses, and dispatchers.
