SalaryProrated based upon hire date, based on level of education and full years of licensed teaching experience. Salary schedule is available in the REA Contract.
Qualifications- Current Minnesota PELSB license in the appropriate area preferred and/or required: B – Age 6 Early Childhood Special Education
- Institution efforts to hire teachers with a full standard license in the assigned subject and/or grade level
- Prior successful experience in urban, multicultural education desirable
- Demonstrates continued professional development through coursework, research, peer collaboration, or job‑embedded staff development
- Working knowledge of subject matter, classroom management techniques, current best practices, and strategies to address students’ learning styles and needs, both academic and affective
