Certified Exempt - Full-Time (1.0 FTE / 40 hours per week) Contract Period: 185 working days. The Math Teacher will be responsible for teaching a variety of math courses, including but not limited to Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Advanced Placement (AP) classes, ensuring high academic standards and effective content delivery. This role involves developing dynamic, student-centered lessons that challenge and engage all learners. The teacher will create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages both academic achievement and personal development, fostering a positive and empowering learning experience.
Collaboration with colleagues is essential to continually enhance curriculum, instructional strategies, and student outcomes. Additionally, the Math Teacher will maintain high standards of professionalism by ensuring timely and effective communication with students, parents, and staff to support a thriving school community.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Active Colorado teacher license, authorization, or the ability to obtain Endorsement in Mathematics (6-12), or the ability to obtain Official transcripts must be provided upon hire. For international transcripts, an evaluation is required through a member organization of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) Visa candidates:
