We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Program Substitute in the Early Childhood Programs. This position provides substitute support for teachers and teaching assistants across 7 district locations in the Early Childhood Programs.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday - 8:45-4:00
Responsibilities:
- Substitute for preschool teachers and teaching assistants across 7 different locations.
- Follow lesson plans and maintain a structured learning environment.
- Engage children in educational activities and promote social-emotional development.
- Assist with classroom management and ensure a safe, nurturing atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- MN Teaching license in Early Childhood, Birth to 3rd grade, or Pre-Primary preferred.
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or educational setting is preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and routines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
