SummaryThe Product Engineer serves as the primary customer contact for New Product Launch (NPL) activities, overseeing all manufacturing processes, materials, and tooling to ensure products meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities- Leads manufacturing activities of assigned products through prototype, pilot, and production
- Oversees the implementation of customer documentation changes and internal change orders
- Actively participates in new customer and business development
- Analyzes line return data to drive corrective action on manufacturing process issues
- Performs product‑level FMEAs as required
- Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
- Reviews engineering design drawings and DFX reports prior to production release for manufacturability
- Evaluates and qualifies new manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment
- Leads internal and external corrective action plans
- Complies with all company policies and procedures
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- 0‑3+ years of electronics manufacturing experience
- Ability to work individually or in teams
- Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required
- Understanding of and ability to use metrics and continuous improvement tools (e.g., DPMO, FPY, DPM, Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.)
4‑year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience, as approved by executive management.

Compensation Range: $71,678.00 to $89,517.00 USD
