We’re seeking a Broadcast Engineer to support and maintain technical broadcast systems for the Eau Claire, WI and Rochester, MN markets, working hands‑on with analog and digital equipment. This role partners closely with on‑air, programming, and sales teams to ensure reliable, high‑quality broadcasts across both locations.

  • Conduct testing, repair, and replacement of all equipment used for radio station broadcasting.
  • Occasionally work on PCs, network switches, SDWAN hardware, desktop hardware, and some software support (you will not be the sole IT support for the markets).
  • Document equipment maintenance, repair, and replacements.
  • Use test equipment, parts, and related tools needed for maintenance and repair.
  • Travel to other iHeart

Media locations to assist in equipment installation or troubleshooting.

  • Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
What You’ll Bring
  • Respect for others and a strong belief in mutual respect.
  • Expertise to conceive and communicate original ideas.
  • A growth mindset with knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
