Position: E&C Project Manager II/III/Senior (Project Execution-Tactical, Eastern Interstates)

Senior E&C Project Manager II/III or Senior

Responsibilities
  • Lead teams to execute complex project plans, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external partners and delivering results on time for moderate-to-large projects.
  • Set up core project teams to enable collaboration and achieve objectives efficiently.
  • Coordinate technical resources under the structured guidance of the Project Life Cycle for consistency and rigor.
  • Develop and implement detailed reports, presentations, schedules, and cost forecasts to maintain control and transparency.
  • Presents and executes recommendations grounded in engineering principles and operational efficiency to meet reliability targets and reduce risk.
  • Prepare, review, and approve RFPs, contractor evaluations, and selection decisions with precision and compliance.
  • Understand and apply economic impact analysis to drive solutions that enhance profitability and long-term value.
  • Anticipate challenges, gather critical data, evaluate opportunities, and make decisions that deliver meaningful business impact.
  • Design optimum project solutions that improve economic performance over the entire lifecycle.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • E&C Project Manager Senior: Required:
    Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in oil and gas engineering/project management. Preferred:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, Master's degree in business, project management or engineering management; PMP or PE.
  • E&C Project Manager III: Required:
    Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in oil and gas engineering/project management. Preferred:
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management;
    Project Management Certification (PMP), Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • E&C Project Manager II: Required:
    Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in oil and gas engineering/project management. Preferred:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management;
    Project management certification (PMP), licensed professional engineer (PE).
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with safety as the utmost priority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills.
Shift, Work Hours & Travel Requirements

Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
