  • Assist with troubleshooting and technical problem solving when project teams encounter electrical challenges during construction or commissioning.
  • Strengthen engineering processes, documentation quality, and design consistency as the organization's projects continue to grow in scale.
  • Share technical expertise with engineering and design colleagues while helping build stronger internal capabilities.
Skill Set:
  • Active Minnesota Professional Engineer license with the authority and willingness to seal and stamp electrical engineering documents.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience involving electrical system design, project delivery, and construction oversight.
  • NABCEP PV Associate certification or a higher NABCEP credential.
  • Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code and practical electrical engineering principles.
  • Working knowledge of design and analysis tools such as AutoCAD, Helioscope, GIS, and PVSyst.
