This is a full-time on-site role located in Sparta, NJ for a Loan Officer Assistant. The Loan Officer Assistant will assist loan officers in daily tasks such as processing mortgage applications, preparing loan documents, communicating with clients, and coordinating with underwriters. The role involves managing customer service inquiries and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mortgage industry standards and regulations.
- Experience working with Loan Officers and a strong understanding of the Mortgage Industry
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge of Underwriting processes and procedures
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with mortgage software
- High School diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree in relevant field is a plus
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Realtor located in Sparta, NJ. The Realtor will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, providing guidance throughout the buying or selling process, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Realtor will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of local real estate markets and ensuring all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Possess a current and valid Real Estate License
- Experience in customer service and interacting with clients
- Expertise in real estate and sales practices
- Knowledge of real property laws and regulations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
