The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Red Lake, MN, responsible for the overall financial leadership and fiscal management of Red Lake Gaming Enterprises. The CFO will oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls for the casino properties, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with all applicable regulations. This role partners closely with executive leadership to develop financial strategies that support growth, operational efficiency, and sustainable profitability.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, managing banking and lender relationships, and providing timely financial analysis and recommendations for key business decisions. The CFO will lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, implement and refine financial systems and processes, coordinate annual audits, and support long‑range planning and capital investment decisions.

• Strong expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
• Proven leadership in accounting operations, including GAAP‑based reporting, internal controls, and audit coordination.
• Experience with strategic planning, capital planning, and supporting executive decision‑making through data‑driven insights.
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements relevant to gaming, hospitality, or similarly regulated industries.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and supervise high‑performing finance and accounting teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with financial systems, ERP/accounting software, and advanced spreadsheet and data analysis tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
• Prior senior financial leadership experience in gaming, hospitality, entertainment, or a multi‑property environment strongly preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Red Lake, MN, with a high level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to organizational values.
