Overview
The City of Eden Valley is seeking a qualified, motivated, and community-focused individual to serve as our City Clerk / Treasurer. This full-time position plays a central role in managing city operations, finances, elections, and more. As Clerk/Treasurer, you’ll oversee daily city functions, city finance, including budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, banking, and grant writing; you will also serve as clerk to the city council, providing procedural and legal guidance to ensure compliance with state statutes, and city ordinances and prepare agendas, recording and maintaining official minutes.
You’ll also serve as Zoning Administrator, work with planning committee, EDA, parks and trails, and long-term planning and administer municipal elections.
