The Veterans Benefits Administration seeks a Congressional Liaison Representative (GS-09) to review inquiries from Congress, respond by phone or in writing, and provide accurate benefit information to veterans and families. You will analyze issues, consult with agencies, and support training for staff and stakeholders.
Full-time, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday. Telework eligibility is situational; work at the duty station is required on scheduled days. VA benefits include a comprehensive package.
