Position SummaryWe’re seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) who thrives in a flexible, mobile care environment and enjoys meaningful patient interaction. If you’re looking to step outside the traditional clinic model and make a real difference in senior care, this role is for you.
Responsibilities- Provide on-site medical visits to patients in senior living communities
- Evaluate and manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and wound care
- Collaborate with physicians, facility staff, and families on care plans
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
- Licensed PA in the state of Minnesota
- Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or mobile care preferred
- Must have strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required
- Army: 65D – Physician Assistant
- Navy: PA – Physician Assistant
- Air Force: 42G1 – Physician Assistant
- Marines: PA – Physician Assistant
- Coast Guard: PA – Physician Assistant
