Care Coordinator Assistant​/Direct Service Professional

Quality Care seeks a full-time Care Coordinator Intern and direct support person, working 70% as a DSP and 30% as a Care Coordinator assistant to join our team.

• Prepare and file all necessary paperwork for In-Home client intake responsibilities
• Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
• Monitoring office supplies and keeping track of needed items
• Use of Therap program desired
• Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, researching, and creating reports
• Reporting office progress to the Care Coordinator Lead and working with them to improve office operations and procedures

• Companionship, interpersonal connection, and emotional support
• Meal preparation, such as help with cooking skills or grocery shopping
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation for doctor's visits and errands
• And other independent living skills
