Job Description American Traveler is seeking an ARRT (MR) certified MRI Technologist with at least 2 years of recent MRI experience to work day or evening shifts at a clinic-based MRI department.

Responsibilities Work in a clinic MRI department focusing on body MRI imaging Patient population includes adults requiring advanced MRI procedures Procedures are conducted using a variety of MRI equipment and technology EPIC is used for charting and prior experience is required Day shift schedule is Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between 6:30am-3:00pm or 8:30am-5:00pm Evening shift schedule is Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts from 2:00pm-10:30pm No weekend or on-call shifts required Produce high quality MRI images in line with department standards Follow all established safety guidelines for staff and patient safety Teamwork and effective communication with staff are essential Must maintain flexibility with varied hours and work locations if needed Travelers may remain on assignment up to one year before a required 30-60 day break Allow at least 2 weeks for background check and drug screening results

Requirements ARRT (MR) certification and BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross) required Must be a graduate of an ARRT approved or recognized Health Science program Minimum of 2 years recent MRI experience or completion of at least 3 prior travel assignments in this specialty required

Experience with Epic EMR is required Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are required Active license required if applicable COVID vaccination and booster required
