This role requires a valid RN or LPN license in Minnesota, along with a minimum of three years' healthcare experience, preferably in intake or home health settings. The Clinical Intake Coordinator will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, in an office environment.

Comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range of $51,500 - $76,500 per year based on experience are offered.
