Our Nursing Assistants are compassionate, caring, and dependable individuals who provide direct care to meet residents’ daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level in Short-Term and Long-Term Skilled Nursing Care.

- You create a positive atmosphere at work, enhancing interactions with staff, residents, and families.
- You serve as the residents’ closest advocate.
- You provide personal, resident-directed care (ADLs).
- You work with variety, providing ADLs as well as activities, cooking, cleaning, laundry, and personal hygiene services.
Must be 18+ and active on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry.
