• Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability and promote rehabilitation.
• Implements and supervises Physical Therapy plan of care.
• Patient travel time is reimbursed.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and licensed through the State of Minnesota.

OR for PTA:
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a PTA in the State of Minnesota.

• Must have a valid Minnesota’s driver’s license, and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and act in a positive, professional manner.
• Must be able to pass Background Study through the Department of Human Services for the State of Minnesota.

• Casual hours: typically, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.
