Bright Ninos Autism Center is looking for caring, compassionate individuals that want to work with kids to see them thrive. At Bright Ninos, your work truly makes a difference! We are seeking Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with clients. We utilize a results-oriented approach called applied behavior analysis (ABA therapy), which involves observing how our clients react to their environment and how they respond to people around them.

As a behavior technician , you will engage in various activities to help build skills and social awareness.

This position is ideal for people who are natural caregivers, individuals who have a passion or interest in preschool teaching, teaching assistant, daycare, early childhood education, and care for individuals with special needs. 60 hours of paid training ,
** no experience needed.
** Qualifications
• High School Diploma required.  
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is preferred (but not required)  
• Relevant experience working with children with special needs is preferred.  
• Reliable transportation  
• Ability to pass a caregiver’s background check.
