The Outpatient Enteral and Parenteral Dietitian provides evidence-based medical nutrition therapy in a complex tertiary care setting as part of a multidisciplinary care team. This practice will focus on enteral and parenteral nutrition management in an outpatient setting and serve as a liaison between Clinical Nutrition and other practice areas. Opportunities exist for an active role in research, education, presentations, and development of best‑practice guidelines.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field. Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) accredited internship or an approved training program. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as a Licensed Dietitian. Three years of clinical experience, preferably in a declared focus area of practice. Advanced degree in nutrition or a related field and/or additional nutrition‑related specialty certifications.
Demonstrated ability to advance the field of clinical dietetics, performing advanced work in the areas of research, practice, or education. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian.
$61,755 - $98,280 / year
ScheduleFull time. Weekdays, typically 7:30‑4:30. No weekends or holidays.
