Mayo Clinic is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrator for the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center (MCCCC). This individual, in partnership with the Executive Director of the MCCCC, is responsible for strategic and operational planning, leadership development, staff diversity, fiscal management, and monitoring of operational and performance outcomes of the MCCCC in alignment with Mayo Clinic’s overall strategy.

The Executive Administrator also serves as the Enterprise Deputy Director for Administration for the Mayo Clinic NCI P30 Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG), in partnership with the MCCCC Executive Director who serves as the CCSG Principal Investigator. In this role, the Executive Director oversees an administrative team that supports the center’s leadership, faculty, and staff teams who guide each CCSG component.
The Executive Administrator works closely with Center’s Deputy Directors, site-based leaders, and allied health care staff to drive ahigh-performance collaborative research ecosystem in our laboratories, clinics and communities.
