Coordinate emergent and non-emergent requests for Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service, Mayo One Airplane, and Mayo One helicopter transportation;
Receive and coordinate radio and telephone communications into the Emergency Department;
Coordinate advanced notification of patient arrival information to Mayo Clinic Medical Center;
Provide 911 caller pre-arrival instructions for Mayo Clinic Ambulance and for other counties within Minnesota and Wisconsin;
Activate Acute Stroke Team, Cath/Stemi Team, ED Resuscitation Team, PRRT and Trauma Team for the Mayo Clinic Medical Center
