Fernbrook Family Center is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to deliver community-based services to children, adults, and families. The position involves 0.5 FTE in supplemental housing with adult clients and 0.5 FTE in home/community settings with clients ages 10 and under.
Under supervision of a QMHP, MHPs help clients build skills for daily functioning and well-being. Services occur in homes and community settings, with options for full-time or hourly schedules.
