HYBRID: This is a hybrid position and must be located within 100 miles of any of the Mayo Clinic campuses for on‑site expectations based on business needs.

The HB OP Coder reviews, analyzes, and assigns codes from medical record documentation to include, but not limited to, medical diagnostic and procedural information for outpatient medical and surgical encounters on the facility claim.

High School diploma and 4 years Hospital Outpatient coding experience (non-Mayo) or 4 years non
- Hospital Outpatient Mayo Clinic coding experience.
