Mon-Fri, 8 hour shifts, No Call, No Overnights, No Holidays.
Day

Shift: 6:30AM-3PM & 8:30AM-5PM

Evening Shift: 2PM-10:30PM
Travelers will not need to rotate between Day and Evening shift.
13 week assignment

Job Title: MRI Technologist

Job Summary:
Produces high-quality images that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Radiology Department. Requires competence in a variety of equipment and technology. Practices safety guidelines for themselves, support personnel, and patients. Fosters teamwork through effective communication. Maintains flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and lengths. Ability to work varied hours and shift lengths, which include days, evenings, and weekends.

On-call shifts require pager response for after-hour nights, weekends, and holiday coverage.

Required Qualifications:

• Organized, efficient, and multifunctional.

• Ability to work independently.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.

• Must be a graduate of an ARRT-approved or recognized Health Science program.

• ARRT certified in Magnetic Resonance (MR).

• 1 year of MRI experience as staff tech required.

• BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of MRI experience as staff tech.

Additional Information:

• Neuro MRI.

• Abdominal MRI.

• Musculoskeletal (MSK) MRI.

• Epic experience is required.

• Candidates should be adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-acuity academic medical center environment.
