School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Anoka, Minnesota

Job Description

Make a difference for students in the Anoka area as a full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the  school year. This opportunity is open to both experienced SLP-CCC professionals and Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to grow their careers in a supportive educational setting. The role is fully onsite and runs from late August 2026 through early June 2027, aligning with the academic calendar.

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota SLP license required (please submit as a PDF)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred;
  Clinical Fellows are also welcome to apply
• School-based or pediatric SLP experience strongly desired
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop treatment plans and document progress accurately
• Commitment to fostering student speech, language, and communication development

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to assigned caseload of students
• Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
