We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team in Rochester, MN. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and outgoing, with a passion for providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Implement individualized care plans and follow instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Utilize de-escalation tactics when necessary to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Organized and able to manage time effectively.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to client care.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
- Experience with de-escalation tactics preferred.
- Ability to work full-time hours in Rochester, MN.
