We are seeking a professional, reliable Driver to join our team and create memorable journeys for our guests. This role provides safe, courteous, and timely transportation to and from the airport and other long‑distance destinations for hotel guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

• Safely operate a company‑provided vehicle to transport hotel guests to and from the airport, local destinations, and long‑distance locations as scheduled or requested.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring their comfort during travel.
• Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle at all times, reporting any maintenance or service needs promptly.
• Monitor flight arrivals and departures to ensure timely pickups and drop‑offs.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk and management to coordinate transportation needs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations.
• Exhibit a professional demeanor and act as a brand ambassador for Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Previous professional driving or guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional routes and destinations a plus.
• Must always maintain a neat and professional appearance.
