! We're looking for a friendly, dependable professional to deliver exceptional hospitality across both day and evening shifts.

• Schedule: Combination of day and evening shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Must be available to work weekends
• Status: Full-Time
• Pay: $16–$17 per hour

• Greet guests and provide a warm, professional first impression
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local dining, and attractions
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area

• Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred
• OPERA PMS experience required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Willing and able to work weekends
