Responsible for all aspects of service in a fine dining setting;
Duties include- preparing tables prior to events, taking guest orders, serving both beverages and multiple course meals, and event clean up;
Setting each event specific to the group’s requests and needs to include all tableware as trained;
Kindly and professionally greet guests upon arrival, providing the highest level of customer service throughout reception and event;
Collaborating with other waitstaff and dishwasher for post event clean up and dishes
