- Mayo Clinic Area as a Full-Time Front Desk Associate! We're looking for a friendly, dependable professional to deliver exceptional hospitality across both day and evening shifts.

Combination of day and evening shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). Must be available to work weekends.

Status:
Full‑Time. Pay: $16-$17 per hour.

• Greet guests and provide a warm, professional first impression
• Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local dining, and attractions
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area

• Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred
• OPERA PMS experience required
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
• Reliable, organized, and self‑motivated
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Willing and able to work weekends
