HIRING: HR Manager

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead key Employee Relations, Recruiting, HR Compliance, and People Management initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with employees, managers, and business leaders while helping create a strong, compliant, and people-focused workplace.

• Lead recruiting and employee relations activities
• Manage and mentor HR Administrators and Generalists
• Advise leaders and managers on employee-related matters
• Handle employee counseling, conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
• Support HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook development
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
• Conduct HR audits and routine plant tours
• Support unemployment claims, hearings, and employment-related legal matters
• Partner with legal counsel when required
• Support interviewing, onboarding, training, and employee development
• Identify and implement HR process improvements

• 6+ years of HR experience
• Strong Employee Relations and Recruiting experience
• Experience managing or mentoring HR professionals
• Knowledge of employment policies and compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Manufacturing/plant HR experience is a plus

Compensation: $90K-$110K + comprehensive benefits, including bonus plan, 401(k), PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
