Med Speed is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume recruiting for operations field-based roles in Rochester, MN (onsite). This role focuses on full-cycle talent acquisition, including partnering with field hiring managers and guiding candidates through every stage with a positive, well-managed experience.

: $70,000 to $80,000 per year, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and a 401(k).
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume field roles, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract candidates aligned with Med Speed’s mission and culture.
- Partner with field hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and deliver tailored recruiting solutions
. - Maintain accurate candidate pipeline records in an applicant tracking system
, including detailed notes, consistent follow-up, and momentum across the hiring journey. - Coordinate selection steps such as resume screening
, phone interviews
, and interview scheduling to keep the process efficient and seamless. - Proactively source candidates using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms.
- Partner with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding so new hires start strong and feel welcome.
- Help foster a culture of collaboration and support a high-energy recruiting team.
- Take on additional tasks and special projects as needed to improve recruiting and support growth.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to build partnerships with mid-level managers and align talent strategies to business goals.
