Robotics Field Service Engineer at Script Pro
OverviewScript Pro develops, sells, and supports state‑of‑the‑art robotics and services in pharmacy settings across the United States and Canada. This role is a highly mobile, road warrior position requiring frequent travel to support automation robots and related equipment.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment onsite at pharmacies and remotely by phone
- Administer training and support to pharmacy staff when needed
- Diagnose customer workflow issues and optimize Script Pro system performance
- Travel 80%+ of the time (equal parts long‑distance driving and air travel)
- Perform physical tasks: lift up to 55 lbs unassisted, lift up to 120 lbs assisted, push/pull up to 800 lbs assisted, climb ladders, mount large monitors and servers, and stand 6‑8 hours per day
- Maintain 24/7 responsiveness and availability of phone during scheduled shift
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Experience with computer systems repair and strong mechanical aptitude
- Must be 21 years old or older
- General knowledge of IT, Windows NT/XP/7/8/10
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs daily; lift and move heavy equipment as required
- Availability to work as needed and assigned, with maturity, integrity, and strong organizational and customer‑service skills
The starting compensation rate is $24.00 per hour (salary equivalent $50k annually) plus overtime and bonus opportunities. Final compensation is based on education, qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

Background check, Department of Defense security clearance, health screenings (tuberculosis, flu, COVID), and other security clearances may be required. Proof of valid passport and compliance with Canadian immigration policies is necessary for cross‑border travel.
Working ConditionsRoles involve office and workshop environments, exposure to dust, oil, fumes, and noise. Physical demands include standing, walking, squatting, and lifting heavy equipment. Motor coordination, tool use, focus during travel, and visual acuity are required.
