Are you an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to work at their company in Redmond, WA.

Position Summary: Join our team and play a vital role in transforming data into actionable insights. Your primary focus will be on creating insights and reporting using Power BI based on existing data sources. You will be expected to build Power BI reports and generate insights throughout the year. Your work will involve a series of different reports, some ad hoc and some planned in advance, offering variety and challenge.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the field.
• Education: A degree is preferred but not mandatory if you possess strong Power BI skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Power BI & Kusto.
• Minimum 3 years of proficiency with Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Cosmos DB.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical problem-solving, understanding complex details, increasing operating efficiency, producing high-quality solutions, and project management skills (including Excel proficiency).

Preferred:

• Exhibit good judgment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct necessary research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
