Job Title: ERP Analyst (Manufacturing-focused)

Location: Hybrid (based in Monett, Houston, or Dallas)
Travel: Frequent travel to Monett
We are seeking an ERP Systems Analyst with solid foundational technical skills in SQL, integrations, and system support. The ideal candidate enjoys solving ERP challenges, building custom solutions, and ensuring smooth data flow across business systems. Experience with additional ERP platforms is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary support contact for the ERP system, assisting users with issues, system configurations, workflows, and custom scripts.
- Work closely with manufacturing users to triage production issues in the MES, perform initial functional/technical analysis, and route items to the appropriate development team.
- Responsibility in supporting production issues and coordinating with the appropriate development teams
- Manage SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting, integrations, and system performance.
- Create and enhance custom workflows, scripts, and integrations using integration platforms as needed.
- Develop and tailor dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to meet business needs.
- Diagnose and resolve functional and technical ERP issues across core modules such as Finance, Procurement, Order Management, and Projects.
- Contribute to system enhancements by supporting version upgrades, testing new features, and ensuring successful rollouts.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and promote adherence to governance standards and best practices.
- Hands-on ERP experience.
- Basic SQL development skills.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Practical experience with API/web service integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced ERP environments.
- Exposure to BI/reporting tools.
- Knowledge of cloud environments.
- Experience across multiple ERP implementation cycles.
