- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop campaign requirements, create targeted segments, and establish key performance metrics.
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule multi-touch marketing campaigns, maintaining the marketing calendar.
- Analyze campaign performance, implement mid-campaign adjustments, and report on return on investment and customer lifetime value.
- Support the adoption and integration of new digital marketing tools and technologies within the platform.
- Develop clear, actionable insights by converting data into meaningful reports for technical and business stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing campaign management or a similar field.
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets, including both structured and unstructured data.
- Hands-on experience with digital experience platforms such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, and Redpoint.
- Advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, Denodo, and Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively, work independently and in teams, and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
