Salary Range: $70,000.00 – $.

• Platform level troubleshooting, system engineering, and complex escalation.
• Reviewing ticket notes and providing advanced diagnostics, specialized troubleshooting, and hardware repair/replacement.
• Coordinate specialized support activities including firmware updates, system optimization, and resolution of AV equipment issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturers for complex platform-level issues and coordinate with Tier 4 support if necessary.
• Initiate AV System Design process and support design standards within clients' standards.

• You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can be the face of our company to our clients.

• AVIXA CTS-I Certification (preferred but not required).
• Customer Service Experience – a must.
• Attitude and Aptitude – eager to learn and ready to tackle any situation.
