Note: This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel required to Rochester, Minnesota. All travel expenses will be covered by the client.
About the role
A Workforce Software Technical Architect/Lead with 12+ years of IT experience, deep expertise in Workforce Software Time & Attendance and Scheduling, strong SAP Success Factors Employee Central and SAP CPI integration experience, and the ability to design, govern, and lead enterprise-scale workforce management integrations and technical solutions.

- Deep WFS Knowledge:
Extensive experience with Work Force Software's Time and Attendance and Forecasting/Scheduling modules. - SAP Integration:
Strong understanding of SAP Success Factors (Employee Central) schemas, rules, and integration mechanisms. - Technical Proficiencies:
Expertise in API development, data mapping, middleware tools (e.g., SAP Cloud Integration), and scripting languages (XML, JSON). - Compliance Expertise:
Familiarity with translating complex, region-specific payroll rules, overtime calculations, and absence management policies into automated system rules.
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Experience:
Typically 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 5 years specializing directly in SAP Workforce Software implementations. - Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to clearly explain technical trade-offs to business leaders
