The Sr. IT Systems Analyst - Communications & Change Management will play a critical part in advancing architecture strategic priorities by driving awareness and adoption of the North Star architecture and associated standards, patterns, and assurance processes across the enterprise.
- Develop and execute a communications and change management plan to drive adoption of the North Star architecture and associated standards, patterns, and assurance processes.
- Translate North Star architecture, standards, and assurance processes into clear, business-friendly, and actionable content tailored to engineering, product, and leadership audiences. Experience with Word Press, email communications, and newsletter development preferred.
- Lead development of a business-facing mechanism to publish and distribute architecture content across the organization.
- Design and deliver architecture content that is accessible, discoverable, and tailored to audience needs to drive usability and adoption.
- Partner with Architecture, TPRM, OIS, and delivery teams to drive adoption of standards, patterns, and assurance processes within workflows.
- Develop and apply approaches to measure and improve adoption of architecture guidance.
- Lead cross‑functional sessions to drive alignment, understanding, and adoption of architecture practices.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years technology or business administration experience, OR Associate’s degree with 7 years technology or business administration experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated history of continuing education in personnel and administrative processes.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, business process, continuous improvement, and organizational development.
- Experience working in healthcare technology.
- Experience with committee and consensus‑driven organizations.
- Experience in finance and project management.
