Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is seeking a Cloud CMDB Steward to oversee cloud CMDB classes within Service Now and align with ITIL, Incident, Change, Event, Vulnerability, and Fin Ops processes. You will coordinate between Cloud Services, Service Now, Asset Management, and other ops teams to maintain CMDB health and data quality.
You will support governance, data quality, discovery, and service mapping activities, ensuring accurate ownership and relationships across cloud environments.
