Cloud CMDB Steward - IT Associate

Role Overview

The Cloud CMDB Steward is responsible for the operational administration, governance, and continuous improvement of cloud-related Configuration Management Database (CMDB) classes within Service Now. Working under the direction of the Cloud CMDB Class Manager, this role ensures cloud resources are accurately represented, appropriately governed, and aligned with Configuration Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Event Management, Vulnerability Management, and Fin Ops requirements.

Maintain CMDB governance, data quality, and health; coordinate with Cloud Services, Service Now, Asset Management, and other teams to maintain CMDB health and data quality.

This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on cloud computing and Service Now
• Strong understanding of cloud-related Configuration Management Database (CMDB) classes and governance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
