The Senior Project Manager will join the Wilson Project Management Team to support a multi‑year enterprise laboratory transformation program, with upcoming go‑lives in the Mayo Clinic Health System (April 2027), Arizona (October 2027), and Rochester/Florida (April 2028).
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a workgroup and support program‑wide go‑live planning and readiness.
- Plan, direct, coordinate and deliver major or complex project activities through the full project life cycle.
- Deliver on time, on budget, and in conformance with Mayo Clinic project management methodologies and standards.
- Manage and track project budgets and comply with budget management guidelines.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies, monitor Scrum processes, and facilitate team efficiency and quality.
- Coach teams toward higher Agile maturity, remove impediments, and foster a trusting environment.
- Support and educate the Product Owner on backlog creation and refinement.
May have direct or indirect reports, provide mentorship, and exemplify a project‑focused culture.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of project management experience or a Master’s degree with 7 years.
- Preferred education:
project management, business administration, agile/scrum, or management. - Active, unexpired Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Optional certifications:
Certified Product Management, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A‑CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Risk Management Professional (RMP), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). - Required to complete two years in this position before becoming eligible for transfer.

Schedule DetailsMonday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Hybrid expectation: minimum of 2 days per week. Must be located within 100 miles of the Rochester Mayo Clinic campus for occasional on‑site needs.
