Insurance Claims & Loss Prevention Specialist

• Manage Workers Compensation and General Liability case processing by collaborating with insurance adjusters and team members
• Retrieve and analyze surveillance video footage related to loss incidents, maintaining an organized database
• Triage and prioritize incoming Loss Prevention tickets, ensuring comprehensive incident reporting
• Communicate findings and provide recommendations to support operations and HR in mitigating risks
• Analyze Point of Sale (POS) data to identify trends and collaborate on strategies to minimize losses

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field is a plus
• Familiarity with Workers Compensation and/or General Liability Insurance laws and practices
  
  Basic knowledge of surveillance systems and software
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience working in loss prevention or safety management within the food service or retail industry
• Familiarity with Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
