• Develop and grow a client base by connecting with people in Rochester and the surrounding areas.
• Conduct thorough consultations to identify potential risks and recommend the right insurance products for each family or business.
• Manage your own pipeline of prospects, focusing on building long-term value rather than quick, one-off transactions.
• Provide ongoing support to your clients, ensuring they feel confident and cared for when they need to file a claim or adjust their coverage.
• Engage with local community events and organizations to increase your presence and build authentic relationships.
• Collaborate with the agency team to refine our processes and ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience.

• Active Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Active Minnesota Life & Health Insurance License.
• Two or more years of professional sales or customer relationship experience.
• Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple digital platforms.
• Deep roots or a strong desire to be involved in the Rochester community.
• Ability to work in-office during standard business hours in Rochester.
