Manage receiving, distribution, inventory control, and transportation of Mayo Clinic products;
Coordinate with suppliers and SCM to expeditate and resolve invoice/receipt issues;
Handle high-volume inquiries via phone, mail, and fax and act as the point of contact within SCM;
Research and resolve specialized transactions such as Invoices Not Received and Received Not Inventoried;
Assist with distribution of medical products including controlled substances and hazardous materials;
Support SCM continuous improvement initiatives and participate in department projects
