Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication eliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork ooperate with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation nsure efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Delivery Operations rive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups ollect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance ollow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions ccept and process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance e knowledgeable about promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• What Were Looking For:
  Minimum age 18, valid driver  license and safety compliance, basic automotive knowledge, ability to lift and deliver merchandise, and a flexible full-time schedule.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED
• Exceptional Communication:
  Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Automotive Retail:
  Prior experience in automotive retail
• Hazmat Endorsement Preferred:
  Hazardous Materials endorsement is a plus
