Involved in receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, records management, warehousing, and storage of Mayo Clinic products;
Interact with suppliers regarding expediting, returns, and resolving invoice/receipt issues;
Provide support for SCM - Logistics and handle a high volume of inquiries via phone, mail, and fax;
Coordinate with SCM personnel to resolve inquiries and participate in special projects;
Research and resolve transactions such as Invoices Not Received and Received Not Invoiced; manage returns and aging items to identify delays
