House Cleaner

Molly Maid is hiring full-time House Cleaners !

Join our team and receive paid training, company-provided supplies and equipment, and a company vehicle to use while working. No previous professional house-cleaning experience is required.

Position Details Full-time: 36–40 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, daytime hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.No nights, weekends, or holidays

Commission-based compensation:
Housekeepers typically average $16–$21 per hour, depending on the amount of work completed and applicable commission rates.

Pay frequency:

Job Responsibilities As a Housekeeper / House Cleaner, you will:

Clean residential homes according to Molly Maid cleaning standards and procedures

Dust, vacuum, mop, clean bathrooms and kitchens, and perform other general housekeeping duties

Follow cleaning checklists and established procedures

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Safely operate cleaning equipment and supplies

Load, organize, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment

Safely operate a company vehicle when assigned

Work independently and as part of a team Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications

No professional house-cleaning experience is required. We provide training.

Applicants should:

Be legally authorized to work in the United States Be able to successfully complete a background check

Be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting cleaning supplies and equipment, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning overhead surfaces

Be available to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.Have reliable transportation to and from the office

Have a valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle is part of the position
