Base Salary: $81,500 - $111,500 annually
Total Compensation for this position includes base salary, potential bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.
What You’ll Do- Lead and develop a team of 3–20 operations associates and managers, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee all day-to-day location operations—productivity, workflow, staffing, inventory, fleet, and customer service levels.
- Ensure a safe working environment through compliance, training, and reinforcement of Viking Electric policies.
- Partner across Sales, HR, and Corporate Supply Chain to support a consistent, innovative, and customer-focused operations model.
- Improve quality and efficiency through strong processes in service, inventory control, business systems, and loss prevention.
- Manage facilities, equipment, assets, and operational services in collaboration with corporate resources.
- Own operational KPIs and the annual operating expense budget.
- 4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or distribution, plus 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes, equipment, and DOT rules and regulations (or willingness to learn).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and guide teams through change.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, and customer-service skills.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs., bending, standing, and operating material-handling equipment.
You’ll split time between an office and operations environment, with moderate travel as needed. The role may involve operating forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other equipment, along with general physical movement throughout the facility.
